The confirmation page shows the gate access code and the vehicle registration document as a PDF. You will also receive the confirmation by email.

Collect and photograph the trailer
Find the trailer using the registration number in your booking. Photograph its current condition and send the photos to the phone number listed for the branch.

Four tie-down straps and electrical adapters are ready in the box. Take them only if you need them for your journey.

Connect the trailer and leave
Connect the trailer to your vehicle and check its lights and security. You can then leave the site safely.

How to collect and return a trailer
Collecting the trailer

Arrive at the branch on your selected date and time.

Use the assigned code from your booking to open the gate.

Find the reserved trailer by its registration plate.

Photograph the trailer from all 4 sides and send the photos to

Connect the trailer yourself (adapters and tie-down straps are available on site).

Remember to close the gate again using the same code.
Returning the trailer

Return the trailer to the same place where you collected it.

Extending a booking

Open the booking extension page.

Enter your booking number and select a new return time.

If an additional payment is due, pay it online by card.
Changing a booking

Open the booking change page.

Enter your booking number and the email address used for the booking.

Choose another available trailer for the same period and confirm the change.

How does unattended trailer collection work?
After booking and paying online, you receive a code. At the branch, open the gate, find your trailer using the booking details, photograph its condition and drive away.
How do I return the trailer?
Return the trailer to the same place, photograph its condition again and close the gate using the same code. The entire process is available 24/7.
Can I change or extend a booking online?
Yes. Separate pages are available for changing and extending a booking. Enter your booking details and continue based on availability for the selected time.
